Web Server Crashes while using MSSQL

Sometimes XAMPP just work fine. But sometimes it just crashes when I use MSSQL.

This is how the error looks like:

I've the same thing. But just ignore it.. It'll still work.
If not, just uninstall apache (via ControlPanel of Xampp) and install it back > run

Click Start > right mouse button "Deze Computer" > eigenschappen > tab "Geavanceerd" > knopje "foutmeldingen" (onderaan) en dan het bolletje zetten bij "Geen fouten melden" > ok
En dan Toepassen > ok bij het venster van de Systeemeigenschappen

That doesn't fix the problem. Altough I don't get the error message anymore. Mssql still doesn't work.

Don't talk shit. This is a fresh install...

I had this on my old VPS. Made them reset the piece of shit. I recommend you do the same because it doesn't get fixed.
