What makes a full Background Image?

Well, I have absolutely no idea what file makes the GunZ Lobby black in the background..

What im saying is..

Theres the gameroom panel image, Where it shows the gameroom background, and on top of that, are the actual game rooms, but BEHIND the gameroom panel, it's just black, same with the chatbox, behind the chatbox panel, it's just black, how do I make a background to put behind gamelist panel and the lobby panel?

The image I think that is the background file is "bgtxtr_grd.png"

But I wanna be sure before I try it, any help?

It's like this question also leads to the topic i created a week ago. It's kinda weird and we still don't know how this work. They're creating their stuff in frame and label items, but when you go in game it's like the items changed to picture items.
