I have add this like 9992121 times and i cant figure out whats the problem all runs good but still
cant see the map in game if anyone could tell me where im mistaking

VISUAL BASIC side not needed.
MAPS MRS - Check if the mrs encrypted or whatever.
Channelrule.xml - check if you put on the channel.xml "elite".
Map.xml - I recommended to change the Map_Prison.bmp+tga for skillmap for Map_SkillMap...
Try it.
