and also if somone uses a hotspot shield or so how can i block it by ip range?

if your doing /admin_ban <character> then you have to inject
the ban by name dll into the matchserver :) else it will just dc
them if I'm correct.

yes , they can bypass it then only way you can stop is Mac IP Ban (PC IP)
