    Why is it PING ARE TOO HIGH?

    Can anyone help me about my problem today? The ping are too high.

    Why is it the peer ping of players are too high? Our players are having high pings both. I don't know what to edit on the server. The players are both from Malaysia and Philippines.. Please I need help. Thanks in advance.



    Third Party: We have changed to another VPS hosting.
    Our previous VPS is from accuwebhosting.. The VPS in located at Colorado, United States.
    Now, our VPS is in http://ovh.co.uk.. The VPS is located in Montréal, Canada...
    - Do is it because of OVH?

    Other: This pop-up message is from the match server. After the match server, agent and locator opened, after few seconds, the pop-up message appears once. Do is it because of this pop-up?





    My ODBC. Tests successfully shows in just a second.



    I really need help...

    Players= Both from Malaysia and Philippines (neighbor country)
    while the VPS is in the Canada, Montréal (ovh.co.uk VPS).

    Oh c'mon, you have a vps hosted in canada, and you're playing with people from Malaysia...
    That's hell of a lot of distance, not to mention, you Malaysia people are known for high ping against US people...

    You have to transfer the data from you to server to other player...

    its like opening server in ur country and ur friend live in ur city and 20 ping
    but when some br join 500+ ping
    so i suggest u to change ur vps location to Euorpe or Malaysia as jur13n said change ur vps location and all will be fine

    if this would be peer 2 peer, and they all live in the same country, I don't think that ping would be right, not to mention it doesn't go through gunz..
