Why issnt any1 even trying to help me! [ABOUT .DDS FILES]

hey ppl. Is there a tut about how to make an dds from an img?
if yes. Please give me a link. I already tryd the search button and google.
if no: Please make one. Couse i love making own weps in blender and put them into game.
But when i put the imto game without DDS file then i dont see a wepon in my hand.

And i have tryd to make 1 with Paint.NET But doesnt work out.
Please help me!!!

thanks for answers :] But i can amke the DDS file. But when i put it int eh same folder of the elu in my UPDATE2.mrs then it still doesnt give an skin? Why??
