    shout Windowed Mode c++

    I need a windowed Mode For Gunz in c++
    So i can make it hop to windowed mode to full screen (idea from maplestory client)

    sure as you know it's size is controlled by Gunz video settings
    works on any Gunz that loads a D3d9.dll
