With Launcher

hi,
im editing my launcher with HEX
i downloaded it from here
when im editing to my ip and save it being with no icon(blue and white icon)
and when i open it it gives an error
can someone help me or edit it for me?

hey man how do you edit the IP?
i opened the luncher with hex editor and it shows me dots and numbers,what i need to do o change the ip?
i cant find it.
