Do you mean , ban words like fûcker<3 ?

Change content of the abuse.txt in the system.mrs archive.
Then type 1,word and 2,name to block words and names.
Best way to block names is to edit setup a filter in the db tho.

it's abuse.txt not spam, unless the client was hex edited

Yea, but to increase protection get your files encrypted. That way people will not be able to edit the abuse.txt in order to be able to bypass the blocked words.
