Working MEF DUMPER for Windows 7

x1nixmzeng's worked fine. idk if they have changed the algorithm since.

As I can't replicate that problem, I'm unable to fix it.
It still dumps when you can get it to work.

you need all of it inside the gunz directory you don't move it

I placed it in my Ijji folder, renamed model.mrs to system.mrs then dumped weapon.xml and it came out with nothing in dump.txt

If this works for you guys, could you dump me the files for me please?
