Help me SOMEONE MAYBE ITS TO HARD FOR U GUYS BECAUSE NONE ANSWER ME ive setted all right up but ... i still got every time this error ...

Im not that good at understanding PHP but from what it is saying it looks like its not making an connection to the odbc to the database. (I think)
