Wtf? Port Block 80/88

ehh, i had a good working register site, with redirect port 88 (no-ip) now somethin happend..idk wat, it dont work i can see the register page, it works, i can register but other ppl cant see the website" Page cannot be displayed" >_< i froward alllllllllll ports 80/88/143 tcp, udp.. protocol all *_* nothin... im using xampp... i tryed killled all my firewall it still (turn off) dont work.. and when i go to Open Port Check Tool check the port its block...[1 month ago it work ... and 88 worked good..]

Error: I could not see your service on xx.xx.xx.xx on port (88)
Reason: Connection refused

Any Ideas that can help me :|, I would really appreciated thanks...

Hey, who's your ISP (Internet provider)? They may have blocked access to common server ports as many ISP's have done this now unless you order a buisiness service from them. You could try changing the port (i'm not sure why you listed 80 and 88?) and see if that works. Also, have you installed any new security software or any type of program that controls access from/to the internet?

Can other people access your site with your public IP? Is it only the no-ip hostname that doesen't work? You may want to make sure your IP address has not changed since the last time you updated the no-ip account.

For a website you only need one TCP port open unless you're providing remote access to other services (UDP is generally only used for games). Also if you have a router you may want to try restarting it (unplugging it for a few seconds, and plug it back in again) this sometimes solves my server access problems.
