Xampp Web Not Responding???

well i recently rebooted computer and i just installed xampp and i installed the "apache" and "mysql" then enabled on the xamp control panel by clicking "svc" fir both and it says running my apache is using port 80 so its all good i type wan ip in my browser then it says connecting 1 min later it says
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

can someone tell me why my wamps not working right?
DONT SAY anythubg about port forwarding all is forwarded

What you can try:

Diagnose Connection Problems

Xamp and Wamp both use port 80 so it wont allow it to go through.
Get rid of 1 that you dont use. That should fix the problem

im using xamp right know 0.o i didnt even install wamp.. . . .. .
