Now adays the need for actual hand coding HTML has pretty much been diminished with all the new programs like Dreamweaver and such.

PHP and C++ are valuable skills, I would recommend taking a peek at sources released and PHP scripts that are available on RZ atm and tweak them to do what you want, and from there use what you know to attempt to replicate the panel. WITHOUT referring to the main one as much as you can. Because a copy and paste job won't get you far :p

    W3Schools Online Web Tutorials

Waste of money and time. Why would you read a book about web development when you can go on a certified learning website that gives you the tools to try out what you've learned. What better place to learn about web development than on the web itself?

    Lol.

Videos don't help at all. They're not even clear.
Reading tuts or joining some institute to learn is a good option.

Oh by the way WickedCoder, just to let you know, it's "C++", not "C+". Your post and sig looks kinda awkward.
