zpatchbuilder Problem

I followed many many tuts for the auto-Update-Launcher.

but when I open the xpatchbuilder.
I get the massage:

"Build Patch.xml Failed"


help me out please?

Make sure that there is file called "Gunz.exe" In your folder

Igot theduel.exe?:O

Rename theduel.exe to Gunz.exe before running ZPatchBuilder.
