i fix this problem :)
instal windows small busines server 2003 (i think server 2003 is good too)
and isntall MS SQL Server 2000 and my save server work :)))))
but webreg not work :(

This error because you use maybe IDM (internet download manage). Uninstall IDM immediatly.

TidusKG I can't understand how i can uninstall IDM Because i see in add/remove program & administive tools --->service i can't see IDM program please tell me how i can fixed this problem same Hakue Oh i'm forgot i use WinXP service pack 2 if i want to run server complete i can use this OS or Other Thank for advance

I think maybe IDM or other download manager program, You should Uninstall all your download manager right???
