How to get Chinese [PCR]

is there anything i can do to reduce the lag....

thx for the concern man but yeah i think some of my problem has been solve....

1 thing that i really upset is the lag....thats all...hopefulle bbs have better bandwith than dhz.....

if its still lag....i dunno what else im goin to do....

Can someone please help me with this language pack? I have downloaded it but i dont know where to put the files that are inside the .rar. ive just spent a few hours downloading the dzhongai server client and am pretty miffed that i need to install some language to play it. If anyone can help then i would give them a metaphorical e-hug :P
