Still In Need of Help Setting Up Server

It's been about a week and no one has replied to my issue. I don't know how active this specific forum is but I really need the problem resolved.

The issue I'm having is when I load up the game server and I click connect for the bottom server (save/login), it pops a message up "??? ??." My friend translated it to something about memory issue so I tried it on the computer I use regularly with 3GB virtual memory and 1GB RAM but it still didn't work.

Tidus_KG suggested that the file was corrupted due to a download manager but I don't use download managers. I also downloaded the file a few times just in case it had something to do with file corruption. Although that doesn't usually happen with rar files because you'd be notified if the file was corrupted.

So now I need some help so I can try some offline NavyFieldage and hopefully setup a server so that SOME amount of people can play in it.
