If i try log it say you have version 1098 you must have version 1102 to play :S how to fix?

Guide :
Well since you dont know, simply go to control panel and click regional and language options, then go to advanced tab and choose your language then press apply and restart comp your done.

These are OLD files, why can't you just use the new stuff?
And to change it, go to clients ini, and change version from 1102 to 1098.
