[Help] Ardream as main cz

I want to set ardream as the main Colony zone because half the people have usko cz patch and half have the old one and I just like the old cz map, does anyone know how to change this?I've been told hex editing the map files but I don't know which map files to edit, and How can I make it so when people die it does the death announcment?
