[Help] deticated server question

I have a small server where me and a few friends play and i know i don't rly need a deticated server but i want one anyway so my friends can play when im off, so my question is how does this work?? and how do i set it up and stuff, do i have to send them my db or server files or what? someone explain plz

you must have a credit card or a prepaid card or a paypal. then you will give the money every month.

if you rent a machine with windows software you can connect from your computer with the remote.

then you will see your server's screen. it is like your computer. so you will download the files and then just install them
