[Help] How to be able to use dragon flight and make it upgradeable?

I have dragonflight armor and mythril armor and everything but i can't wear them cause it says unconfirmed nation or something and when i try to put the armor on it says wrong skilltype or something and how do i make that armor and quest lvl 70 items upgradeable?

Mess around with the item_upgrade table.

i did but i still cant get them to work, i don't know how to give them a % every upgrade either for unique weps
