    well, any error while running the server files?

    check your .ini files too

    got the same error on my 2nd pc no error at starting server files ini

    i formated hdd and reinstaled windows and still this error ....

    always this same error, i can click connect 100 times and not change

    "no billing needed" : right, no billing needed in qwerty's files and i'm using those files ,too. thats not about server files . all about u. check your .ini s. or anything about DB ?

    it is a problem in the db i had the same error use diff db or try to look up for errors
