[Help] To Fix Max Level 70 100%/ AnD Luferson/Moradon SMD Plx

Well Guys I need Help , How to make Level CAP 70 100% , You cant Level up 71 . In level_up i have added only 70 level but its still lvl up 71 and ebenzer crushes ;)

well, i need this too, but in my case for lvl 72. I've found a procedure to delvl a character everytime he crosses the "server lvl barrier" but the problem is that if the server is an half pk server and exp is not hard, players can exp to higher lvls easily and only after a relog/dc they get to lvl 72 again.

Yea True , And we are making , not pk server :) 100mil exp for 70 , but well for 71 if i make alot exp and people gonna dlvl? he will loose -30% from his 70 lvl , that why i dont like it .
