question about ports

i forwarded my ports in my router and now others can login on my server, but i allmost never can anymore, and when i get in it lags VERY MUCH and i dc after a few sec.. any ideas what to do? =/

lol get a better pc and connection... problem solved (Anyone can setup a server) Not everyone can host a server. <- Words of wisdom!
