Classic Question : Where are the server files ?

Everyone keep talking about how to set up, configure, problems, bla... bla.. bla...
But when I try to locate the server file, zero... nothing...
So guys, where is it ?????
Or is it just for old member of this forum and forbidden to share it with new member ?
I think it is very wise if the moderator put a link to download the server and client file at the sticky part, so every new guy like me do not need to ask again about the files.

I have both 3.8 & 4.4 but my server file is in Korean, so you may not understand what is going on when your server working. If you need one of them and you don't matter about whatever language in it, send a mail to advenire@paran.com
