client login fail

I'm using Korea Redmoon 3.8 Client with Redmoon 3.8 server that i got from ASB forum, i've setup the server...and working fine without error....i edit the info.dll and start the client...my server is on the list...then i try to connect...NOTHING HAPPEN...the game won't start....can anyone help me...i mean...why my redmoon client won't start the game...i already try to re-install the client and still won't start or could someone tell me the right way to starting up the server ? ussually i use RMservMgr then click on Start All...btw any mirror where can i download redmoon353to38 US version ? it seem the link that MenTaL post is broken...
