Go to start - run - cmd, then type cd c:\path\to\this\directory ie

If the files are in C:\RedMoonSvr then type cd c:\RedmoonSvr

then type "LocalSetupDB C:\RedMoonSvr" without the quotes. That will install and setup the databases.

( You can close cmd now )

Ok, thats basically installing data base, its asking where u saved ur folder......like if u saved ur Redmoon server folder into C:\, then u would put, cd C:\(ur server folder name)...type in cmd then prss enter, u will be in folder....then type LocalSetupDB C:\RedMoonSvr, then press enter(make sure MSSQL is running!)
