Need alot of Help

When i try to make a account i can put in the user name and password when i click add This comes up

and this has probly been asked before but i could not find out how to fix it
when i click RMServerMgr.exe then click run
like 16 errors come up sayen Map server : initialze armyManager failed
QuestManager Failed

Something IS wrong with the ODBC settings.

There is no if ands or buts that is exactly what is causing those errors.
