Remove the ";" from your rmserver.ini file under where it says [GameSetting]
Should look like this:
[GameSetting]
BattleMatchMessage1
BattleTime=00:00.4:00.10:00.15:00.19:00.
MaxBattleUserCount=200
The part that says BattleTime=00:00.04:00.10:00.15:00.19:00. is the part that specifies when to send out these messages. Just changes the number after the = symbol to whatever times you want (using army zulu time standards) 00:00 is 12:00 A.M (Midnight). Each Battle match lasts two hours so be sure not to start them any shorter than two hours apart.
As far as a BD file set goes, i can't help you there. I gave my word to the person that I received them from that I would not release them to anyone and i stand by my word.
The info your asking for can be found in the archives fairly simply by scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page and clicking where it says "Archive" there's only about 500 something posts under the redmoon section all together that you should be able to research through.

and one more thing.... bd works on 4.4 or? cause i cant set it up ^^
i cant seem to get the servers to run together i removed all the ";" from my ini file but it still kicks people back out i knwo the maps are loading cuz i can move someone in the db to the map but i cant figure out what i have configured wrong it just wont send the players to the bd server
ok i think i got the other working but how do you start map center as RMBattle whatever ?
Ok, i think i trasnlated your letter, Please tell me if im correct or not? You want to run the BD on a whole different server, but connect through through to the server, from another server=Impossible.
From what the first post says it sounds like you were just wanting to know how to get the server to send out the message saying the BD is about to start
