Tryed: using 127.0.0.1, 192.168.0.2 all have no monsters
i use -i2 -msf -nosefirst
ive checked my mob files, they are all okay...
its not confusing me anymore, its just annoying me

How long are you waiting when you start a map and get on .. depending on your server and memory .. it sometimes takes time for spawn to begin ... when I was editing maps I thought I had screwed them up .. when testing just the one map it always took a min or so for a couple to spawn .. and I had to chase them down to know this .. once I killed a few that I found .. spawn increased rapidly ...
Which is why I'm asking if you're waiting after a map comes online ... long enough...
try extracting Data.zip to Data in remoonSVR, that will give a good amount of them, but itwont be best, u must edit with hand to make the spawn higher.....

That data update is for a 3.8 server.
If you have a 4.4 server and applied that update I would suggest reinstalling the server files.
