can you cahnge the language?

I downloaded the asian versian (i think korean) and I dont understand shit, can i download a program where it changes the language (or somehting along these lines).

its under the options and then one of the tabs on the login screen since u can't understand jes click away until u see somewhere that sez "korean" theres a drop down menu and u can select english.

I cant change korean to english it is grayed out. Do I need to make some sort of ini change or download a language pack or something?
