Here is a Full Korean C4 system. It's the same english system that was posted here, but doesn't use "hosts" file. You just need to modify l2.ini with your IP (l2.ini is not encripted, and it dont need to be encripted).

Ok, maybe.
But i've created this system when Violator's patch was only a system for C3 with C4 textures (protocol 557). Greenhope patch (system560c4v22.exe ) is only for C3 with C4 textures, i dont know if he released a system for C4.
This system is for FULL Korean C4 (protocol > 557), it's in english (translated by a user of this forum), whith C3 Font and a l2.exe extracted from a C3 patch, doesnt need encripted l2.ini
This system work with Full C4 client, and with Greenhope server pack.. it supports crowns, pirate's eye patch, etc.
You just dowload full C4, put this patch, change the IP.. enter to a C4 server (like Greenhope server, violator server, etc..) and you'll be able to use Crowns, HEro Glow weapons, pirate's eye patch, wedding stuff, etc.. etc.. etc... even that cat ears for Dwarfs.

i dl the official c4 client. used your system folder, and its not connecting to my server. i edited the l2.ini with my ip adress. the servers max protocol revision is 560<700

i just tested it and most things work, but:
1.the c4 armors (draconic,imperial...) have textures as common light or heavy armor see the pic
2. gm shop is ***& up but i think i can fix that.
3. how can i move the commands down and why are they two?
4. in the l2.ini i put my no-ip account and it wont work so i have to use hosts file again any idea?

the armors are easily fixed...simply different item IDs
try those IDs:
6373-6378 Imp. Crusader set
6379-6382 Draconic set
6383-6386 Major Arcana set
(GM Panel 1 -> create item)

Only your translated files. But your system (http://rapidshare.de/files/6604358/systemC4Eng.rar.html) really sux, because it has encripted .ini
Mos ppl doesn't know a good way to edit 413 encripted ini, and worst of all, some people with MSN 7.5 have problems with Hosts (myself included), MSN 7.5 in some cases replace "Hosts" file with "Hosts.msn" and if you add new hosts to Hosts files, doesnt work.
Because of this, i've extracted a l2.exe and a l2.ini from a C3 system that doesn't need encription. That was the change. The solution for all that users that keep asking: My hosts file doesn't work, how i change the IP, i get critical error.

the only thing i got out of those ids was the shield. the other textures look like c1, but they do have to bonuses

in my case it's greenhope's
i don't have any stats for the armor i listed the IDs, that's because it isn't in the .xml files responsible for the stats (i would have to add that manually, but i'll wait till C4 NA; that translated system being really only to toy around)
what you might be missing is entries in your l2jdb, the details don't matter much but you need an entry
