gmshop?

PPL PLZ, i am a noob on creating server, help me ...
i have a server l2j C3....
but i have no there GMshop ( when i press //gmshop itis a little gmshop, bcouse i have there only the tems thet i have in giran {i have no there, no B/A/S grade, no potions [thet cannot buy in a normal shop], no tattoo, no arrows ....]**)
i down load a GMshop, but when i instal it i have a problem whith NPC.....

plz tell what i need to do, how i need to instal the GMshop...

i have more one question...

i play in anouther server, and i was there a GM.... there was a gm weapon, when you got it in yourself you have p.def/p.atack/m.def/m.atack over of 60 bilion, atk.speed over 1000, speed over 1000..... i dont know how to do this weapon, anybodey help me to do one like this... plz.

in my server the GateKeeper (normal GK not a GM-GK) he have only teleport to nearest vilage... iwanna do the teleport to all the vilages thet on the map, can anyone tell me how to do this one?
