Id like to see the email headers to see if this realy came from NCSOFT, there is a few "LEGAL" holes in there email. and by no right, will i transfer my domain name that i registered to them, if they want it, they can buy it after i put it for sell for say $1millon USD as they put it. To many holes there. But will wait in see.

Aye, mate, do not give them the domain. They cannot 'demmand' or 'declare' that you have transfer the domain to them. I see the site is not there anymore, I guess you made your choice.

But, if they say, hypothetically were to do anyhting, just take your information off of the WhoIs, or host it on free domains or free webhosting, AnotherFree does free domains still I think.

L2j is 100% but client modification or edit any file of L2 is Illegal, you can run your server with l2j but you cant edit the Client.

yes, u can use L2j for free, but there was only 2 rules, you cant earn money using donation.
and there was another rule yiou cant use L2 Client, only L2Walker, but who knows what kind of software ppl using to connect to ur server...
donation on L2j can be offence, but nothink else...
cuz they can inprove u that ur using L2 Client on ur server
