Help... invisible and ping is 999

I have two problens... i use server pack rev.1.0 i log only in the same PC... in outhers pc can't enter in game... i log.. create new account but dont pass the select sever screen... show ping 999 and no enter.. i try in many pcs and dont enter.... only in Server PC enter.. but i create one new caracter... this account have acess lvl 100... my char start invisible?? its normally ??? its only for gm or for all chars ???? and about ping 999 any solution ???? i disable the firewall and don't work... = (... help me guys.... thnx a lot !!!

For the ping, propably missed something with the guide.
Check if you have set correct WAN IP in server.properties and login.properties files
Put the IP you will find from www.whatismyip.com
If that is OK check router: you must forward ports 80,2106,7777 to your LAN IP.
Finally check your hosts file in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

All GMs enter game as invisible. No bug.

to make visible just type //visible and you will be seen :)
