For u and some of ur friends, It's good, but will have Lag in skills and buffs.

PC 3200+ ( preference Duo)
4 gb Ram or more.

Wrong, you can perfectly run a server with that server, the only problem is when you want to run the server and the client on the same machine, then you'll have problems.
