ok here it is my modified tattoo's, but if u don't know what are u doing i suggest to not use it.
Presuming you are using greenhope's package go to:
C:\server\l2j\gameserver\data\stats\armor\0400-0499.xml and make a
CTRL+F for tattoo's.
