How to connect to L2j servers with the new c4 PTS client

go to c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

in there u will see a file named host;open it with word pad

change it like this (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx <--- use the server ip adress):

also post some c4 client bugs u find here.

*if ur c4 client freezes when ur on the log in screen that is because u have asian language pack installed. To disable it goto contorl panel, open regional and language option,then goto language tab and uncheck "install files for east asinan languages"


so far bugs found with c4 client on l2j c3 servers

1.learning skills (unabe to learn, u get to learn like dual sward skills at lvl1)
2.character name is still black
3.warehouse
4.the community thing doesnt work(where u gtet to see the list of people playing)
5.When u try to buy stuff from players all the items are squire sword and sold for 0 adena.

im done for tonight going to sleep.

maybe use auto learn skills for fix skill can't be learn, btw warehouse not work is serious bug if you care :)

Well i tried ur way with changing host file..
It wont work..
If i decrypt ini set ip and encrypt it again.
Then i will start the game with l2.exe in system folder i get a error.
Files are corrupted plz full check..
How to fix this

If you use orginal L2J SVN, just update to revision 2087 for fix error when connect.

I'm actually using yours, but the version I have only has 2068 so i'm just going to update the gameserver to 2088 and wait for an update from you

I think they changed the id for imperial and arcane robe? I see c1 texture for them.

just see ID of New C4 armor in armor.sql, 6373 -> 6386 :D

but datapack don't really support armor sets, we need some work in xml file for bonus sets

no they didn't changed the only this is that u now see the real texture of arcana. The texture from greenhope system patch is the texture from major arcana not arcana
