ppl I need to know too please/how to change rates and so people will not have admin rights!Because with new 809 server version evryone have admin rights and low rates...

To change rates, open l2j\config\server.properties and edit those lines:
# Rate control, float values
RateXp = 1
RateSp = 1
RateDropAdena = 1
RateDropItems = 1
RateDropSpoil = 1
RateQuestsReward = 1.
RateDropEquipment = 1
To disable admin rights, edit this line:
EverybodyHasAdminRights = true => false
