i REALLY NEED A PROGG FOR DECODING L2.ini so i can change ip in it..
other wise mys erve wont work.. i wanted it.. so bad... can anyone plz help me?

if you're talking about l2j you don't have to change l2.ini :) if youre talking about l2 official server youre on wrong forums, and if youre talking about some other emu than l2j i cant help you

and if i dont have to change the ini.. why cant i reach my server??
it is up and running... so i think it is wierd no firewall or nothing...
so i have no idea 8)

you must change your hosts file a bit :) almost in every guide is howto do this :)

check your server.cfg and host file, make sure ipserver is correct...thats all
