ok thanks for the reply, just finish setting up navicat, mysql and the server,

C3 client does not connect because of gameguard, how to fix this, i had downloaded the Nprotect.zip, but dont know where to put this....
also finish setting up the ip_add to the host file.

You must extract folder in your web server directory (for example c:/inetpub/wwwroot (IIS)).
HTTP server port must be 80!!!
Or use THIS utility.
