Need Some Help

i install the client, run the update completely.
i encountered some errors when i start the game trying to connect the the offcial server but there is this error Script Error : [File Name : npcname.txt.] [Line : 1]
after awhile i solve this problem and manage to connect into the official server.

after i run the server with the client i encountered this following error:

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD PentiumPro-class processor @ 2165 MHz with 447MB RAM
Video: NVIDIA GeForce4 MX Integrated GPU (4303)

Failed to enter : Can't find file ''

History: UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine

i read a thread that has a solution to this problem,it tell me to full check my update
after full checking it 7 times o_O (wasted alot of time) the same error still occured.
o_O it could be a very stupid question or mayb i did something wrong but can anbody help me with this error...>_<

mmmm thats a strange one, only thing i can suggest is just uninstalling and just do it again from scratch works sometimes.
