problem with client update

i got my l2j server running :), but I can't connect to my server. I updated the client with the "full check button" and the l2.ini is changed. I think the ip changed to the official L2 C3 server but i can't change the ip to my ip because the file is encrypted. is there a decrypter ?

Edit the host file to connect to your server
Find the host file in "C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc". Go ahead and right click open and select notepad from the list. Add this line to play alone. Or if you are connecting to a server, their respective IP.
