OK here it is one stupid little luncher I wrote for local game server.
Installation:
1. Extract archive in root directory of the game;
2. edit lunch.ini to point your web page and server;
e.g.

ip=12.34.56.78 <- ip of the game server
web=http://mysuperduperwebsite.org

3. Enjoy! :P

No I am a C++ developer and this is simple C program I can share the code if you are interested. I can make some improvements too ;).
