Spawn and Unknown etcitem Error

When I initiate the server, appear something like this:
unknown etcitem type:lotto
unknown etcitem type:race_ticket
unknown etcitem type:dye
unknown etcitem type:harvest
unknown etcitem type:seed2

and..

spawn couldnt be initialized:java.sql.SQLException: Column Index out of range (12 > 11).
created 0 Spawn handlers

How can I fix it?


I used the Complete "C3 Server Setup Guide" by Champloo
I'm using the L2J-DataPack_C3.zip
