2 erros in my server

I have two errors in my server follows the images showing the errors what I must make to fix this erros






this is an error of the server or data base?

the firs maybe theres no models for that released at this moment...

The first problem shown is a database issue that was recently discussed in the thread http://forum.ragezone.com/f114/npc-s...-cubes-237527/
Check the values for equipmodel2 ,equipinfo2, and equipslot2 on mobs with the problem. Working values may vary between different DB's.

The second problem shown appears to be a missing or corrupt (possibly outdated) addon. Remove all addons except the Blizz defaults, then add one at a time until the error occurs (showing you which one is at fault).
