A few unanswered Kobold questions

I have searched through the forums and looked through many threads and cannot seem to find an asnwer to the following questions...

.npc add does not seem to work, I am using the npc numbers from Allahkazam but nothing ever spawns.

The who list does not seem to work, sometimes it shows people but most of the time nothing, are there any fixes for this?

Does anyone have or know where to find info on pulling honor, stats and online players from the database with a webpage like the old wowemu websites? I know there are pages that pull online players but I have seen nothing that shows honor rankings and players online...a nice feature would also be converting over the wowemu GPS maps for showing where players on ona website.

with the .npc add `o`n my server works and /who works 2 but if they are from horde and i`m from the aliance is not showing me the ppl from horde I`m runing kenny`s last repack it is very good ohh and if the /who command is not orking verify if you dont have lag ! :P
