support for creating and menagment of channels exist in mangos. I am not create channels at off. and then don't known what must be done, but it must be in same way at mangos as at off servers.
can someone please tell me how to do this ive seen a lot of servers with this...

then you just type /numberofchan then talk
You can also change settings on the channel you just made, but type /help for that.
