Altering Honor Points Possible?

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way for an admin to alter a players pvp honor points. Or is there a way to automatically edit the player's rank? Also are there any gm commands for it?

PS: this is on a mangos server.

ooooh, i have that program but i am unable to edit my character by pressing the Char button for some reason. i get a big error and it wants to reset all my stuff if i continue so i cant do it like that. is it possible to edit it in the sql then for certain factions? there is no gm command for this yet then i take it.

I updated it to 218 but still doesnt work for some reason. Even in the honor area I dont see any place to get honor with a specific faction.

I was looking through the commands... maybe one of them can help but I am not sure. There is one called .setvalue

Syntax: .setvalue #field #value #isInt
Set the field #field of the selected creature with value #value. If no creature is selected, set the content of your field.
Use a #isInt of value 1 if #value is an integer.

I am not sure what this means exactly or if it could be possible to do even with this command. I don't know which value of a faction is or anything like that so I guess I will have to do without for now. It would be cool if i could do a search for a faction id and be able to change the value of a faction id like I can do with skills but I havent found out how to do that yet.

only way to adjust honor for a player without using MDH is to add the points in the db itself and even then its not easy only because if u screw up the values you use you will throw off the entire honor point system. i did this on a server i used to run and when we finally got people to the higher honor ranks it actually gave them an honor rank that does not have and gear therefore they couldnt use any honor ranked gear at all. even with MDH i highly advise against changing honor. if you really want to increase someones honor make a few garbage chars and let them kill each char a few times. its a tedious process but much safer for the db itself.
